Our goal is to provide safer and faster shipping options wherever you live.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

1. Processing time

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon - Sat.

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

2. Shipping Time

Ship to United States: 3-6 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: UPS/USPS/Fedex.

Ship to Canada: 4-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: Geswl

Ship to United Arab Emirates: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Ship to South Africa: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: Dpex.

Ship to other countries: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon - Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/Fedex.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Shipping Fee

For China, it is free shipping.

For United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany, it is also free shipping.

For rest of world, we charge $20-$25 for one order.

Please Noticed:

We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.

Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.

Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after submission when the phone number is missing or the address is incomplete. Longer than that, order will be cancelled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure to leave the correct shipping address and contact number when you place an order. 

Sign for Delivery

It is strongly recommended for you sign for delivery, We ship to the correct address you left for your order but we won't be responsible for the loss caused by your authorization to leave the parcel in front of the door, courtyard or any place else.

Please contact us within one week since the package shows delivered if you didn't receive it, the shipping company does not accept investigation requests for packages delivered over one week.
